DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
$200 Deposit – Discounted Early Registration must be received 2 months prior to event. Standard Registration must be received
1 month prior to event. Payment reserves registration & consultation with Fred (if requested). Full payment must be made 2
weeks prior to event. Partial refunds for cancellations on deposits are granted on a case by case basis up until 2 weeks prior to
the event.
PAYMENT All payments via PayPal or cash at the door. No checks please. Online payments and refunds processed through
PayPal.
CONSULTATIONS with Fred are available the evening of the event and the following day scheduled on a first come basis.
Overflow consultations will be via telephone.
DISCLAIMER
Conference event will be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to the event via email or phone contact
once a minimum of 50 registrations are guaranteed.
