Fred’s main foundation built from his devotion to helping others, combined with his raw food lifestyle for
over forty years, has revealed the intimate relationship of real food and the body's God-given ability to
always seek health.  
My Healthy Journey
Dr. Fred Bisci has a Ph.D. in Nutritional Science. Fred, as he prefers to be called, has had a
pioneering and active practice in New York City for over forty years.  He has worked with
over 35,000 people all over the world with numerous health issues by helping them change
their eating and drinking lifestyles through his
Real, Fresh Food approach. His outlook is
unique. He looks at biochemical interrelationships, rather than a simple dietary or nutritional
standpoint.  This biochemical appreciation of how the multiple variables work in the human
body are directly related to a lifestyle of
what is left out and what is put in. Fred has
developed the
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MENU which is the core feature for

Fred was born in 1929 and is a dedicated family man. His humble beginnings of growing up in Staten
Island during the depression laid the framework of understanding The Healthy Journey. Several
family farms were situated all over Staten Island, which allowed access to
Real, Fresh vegetables
and fruits. This, combined with his Mom’s authentic raw and cooked preparations laid the groundwork
for the essence of how he understands  the human body.  Fred and his siblings performed in many
sporting events throughout their lives and were very good athletes. Fred has completed eighteen
marathons, two ultra-marathons, and was an Olympic style weight lifter.  Fred still leads an athletic
life.  He has been happily married for over 30 years with two lovely daughters and two playful English
Mastiffs (shown above).  He has successfully worked with amateur and professional weight lifters,
boxers, basketball players, marathon runners, triathletes, wrestlers and actors.

Fred’s history includes winning the famed Nova Award for best television health series by hosting
EAT YOUR WAY TO HEALTH”, which was widely viewed by the NYC tri-state area. He has
nationally and internationally presented “How to Lead a Healthy Life” at universities, professional
organizations, and business groups.

conference, I will meet you where you're at and explore your level of individual commitment
to changing your lifestyle. You will be eating, drinking, and watching preparations of

.  You will learn what to do and how to do it. I will provide physical answers to

The purpose and intention of this conference has been long in coming. My long history of
working with those that primarily have had degenerative diseases, while they were
working with there medical doctors, has achieved a very high rate of success through
consistent effective Lifestyle changes which resulted in a greater Quality of Life. The people
I have worked with showed strong discipline because the motivation for change was
initiated at the end play of their degenerative disease.
I would like to reach a greater audience throughout the United States as well as internationally. I have humbly walked
with over 35,000 people for over 40 years. I realize my Lifestyle Program will work for 8 out of 10 people. Through the
last couple of years people have been encouraging me to take my program to mainstream America. So my goal is to
work with groups of people that are looking for
“what really works”, and want to go through a day in the life of a
Lifestyle Changing Program that can take them through a Lifetime Journey of Health.

At the
Healthy Journey Lifestyle Conference    you will increase your understanding of practical applications of “what
really works”
such as: food combinations, ordering, sequence, quality, quantity, and how the body responds. My goal is
to help you make a real commitment to your health by teaching you how to set realistic and personal parameters. We
will eat and drink our morning and noon meals. I will respond to your practical questions by giving you physical answers.
By the end of the day you will to learn how to correctly utilize my
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MENU.  You will know how to
eat for today and the next day and the next.

During his journey, Dr. Fred’s clinical experience and knowledge revealed that making a commitment to changing one's lifestyle is
key to optimum health, which guides you through the avoidance and reversal of many conditions in our society.  He has also
realized that
setting realistic parameters and keeping that commitment gives you successful results.  Fred has also found that
there is a correlation between the long-term effects of an unprocessed diet and the slowing down of the aging process. His
approach created the
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MENU which involves “what is left out” associated with food combinations of Real,
Fresh
vegetables and fruits along with cooked meals. This INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MENU allows you to explore many levels with
ability enabling you to find unique parameters that are realistic for you.

The Good News is that the human body is always striving to get healthy.  The biology of the human body is amazing. The human
body is highly influenced by the lifestyle habits we live by. It responds to these habits by way of our Chemistry and Physiology
and translates these into how we perform physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Consequently, how we effect the body
can only be influenced by what we actually
leave out and what we put in. Therefore, it is all about how you relate to this
reciprocal action in your body. Learning how to correctly
combine what to leave out and what to put in offers you a physical,
tangible living experience which is the basis for changing your lifestyle.

The body’s ability to adapt to the multiple lifestyles we live by is remarkable!  It will take whatever you give it and still strive to
get healthy. The body’s adaptation is a dynamic chemical and physiological process that you perceive physically in relationship to
your personal eating and drinking habits, sleeping capacity, air and sunshine exposure, exercise regularity, water consumption,
and modes of conventional and unconventional treatment. How an individual unintentionally or intentionally establishes their
personal parameters can lead the body to an unhealthy state of exhaustion or a self-reliance on the body's perpetual healing
cycles.  By setting these parameters and committing to changing your lifestyle, results will come in a relatively short period of
time, revealing to you that what you leave out actually gives your body, through elimination, an opportunity to get rid of and
cleanup on a cellular level. Therefore, what we had perceived as long-lasting adverse effects to the body can become optimal
perceptions of Well-Being and Health.

So, the
Good News is that your body can become healthy by entering into the process of elimination and addition by no longer
over or under consuming. These lifestyle changes give you a balanced and level playing field which allows you continual
restoration to compete fairly in this Journey we call Life.
